Capt'n Jim's bar in Salton City celebrated the town's first stop light, at Highway 86 and S22, on Friday, July 17, with their own creation of red, yellow and green shots representing the stop lights. The celebration included karaoke, dancing and much festivity. The Borrego Sun publisher attended the party to celebrate the inauguration of the traffic lights at this dangerous intersection. Much fun was had by one and all.
