Cahuilla Indian Reservation - Pot Farm Bust

An illegal marijuana farm located on the Cahuilla Indian Reservation has been located by a Sheriff's Department helicopter pilot, on 39-400 block of Cary Road and the 49-900 block of Puckit Drive.
At 7 a.m. Thursday July. 23, officers with the Riverside County Sheriff's Department served two search warrants and made 13 arrests.
During the searches, police seized and destroyed 11,048 marijuana plants in addition to a stolen assault rifle, a handgun and Ecstasy pills.
The suspects have been arrested under suspicion of felony commercial marijuana cultivation in connection to the searches.
