BAI's Bistro to Open this Year

The Borrego Art Institute will soon expand to include a Bistro style restaurant. The new addition to the BAI will feature menu items made from fresh and organic ingredients grown in its backyard, in the ArtFarm. Tom Hildebrandt, former de Anza Country Club chef, will be given the responsibility of running the bistro. His menu will be revealed soon. The grand opening is expected to happen sometime this November.
