President Barack Obama will be in the Coachella Valley on Father’s Day weekend. President Obama will fly into Palm Springs International Airport on Saturday and depart on Sunday. This will be President Obama’s fifth trip to the Palm Springs region. It seems unlikely the President will want to golf with temperatures expected to reach at least 115 in Coachella Valley. The President’s weekend visit will close roads near the Palm Springs Airport from Friday afternoon until Monday morning.
