Borrego Dark Sky Stout is Born

Brian and Michelle Silvey, along with Patty Teneyck, arrived at the Nickel Beer Company on the morning of June 7 to help with the initial brewing of the Borrego Dark Sky Stout. The three participated at the upper levels of the Anza-Borrego fundraising brewing adventure. Brian said naming the stout was a team effort. "I own a place in Borrego Springs and this seemed like a unique and interesting way to support the foundation," he said. The VIP tapping party takes place at Nickel Beer on June 27.
