High School Students Turn into Hollywood Stars for Prom

The theme for this years promenade was HOLLYWOOD. The students were dressed lavishly for the red carpet that was laid out at Borrego Springs Resort on Saturday, May 16. The Prom was in full attendance of approximately 75 students. Teacher Claudia Goldberg and some other teachers helped organize this exciting and memorable event.
The tables were adorned with beautiful red and white flower centerpieces. Giant iridescent ribbons hung from the ceiling and Hollywood stars with the names of students attending the Prom were posted on the wall. The students hand crafted the centerpieces, the Hollywood stars, and the other Prom decorations.

There was a photo booth for students to get their pictures taken and large Hollywood props. The evening was very festive and lively.
A delectable dinner was enjoyed by all and for dessert there were giant chocolate dipped strawberries and pastries handcrafted by local Borregan baker Marina Lopez Rodriguez. A large decorated white cake was also enjoyed by many.
After the dinner the dance floor really started to heat up with ambient music from a local DJ. The ceiling had sparkling lights and a giant disco ball that hung over the dance floor. The dance floor became magical as most people danced this memorable night away.
Prom 2015 at Borrego Springs Resort was a night to be remembered and cherished by all!
